YMA FSF President Ken Wyse recounts his best memories and welcomes Jimmy Rosenfeld as the new president during his last week in office.

About Ken Wyse:

As President of Licensing and Public Relations at Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, Wyse is responsible for extending licensing on current brands and creating new opportunities in the field, as well as directing national and international fashion publicity and promotion for the Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) brands.

Wyse has been with the corporation for more than 23 years, serving previously as SVP of Licensing with responsibility for all domestic and international licensing operations of the company brands, which now include Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Arrow, G.H. Bass, Izod and Izod G. Currently the brands are licensed and distributed in more than 91 countries.

Prior to joining PVH, Wyse was Corporate Marketing Director of Liz Claiborne Inc., and previously served as VP Licensing, Bon Jour International and Managing Director in the International Division of Jordache Enterprises. He began his career at Gulf and Western Industries, where he developed global export strategy for many of the companies under that corporate umbrella.

Wyse was born in Cleveland, Ohio and is a graduate of Union College and received his MBA in International Business at Bernard M. Baruch College. He resides in New York City and is Chairman of the Business Council of Lincoln Center and is a member of the Leadership Council. Additionally, he served as President of the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund, providing scholarships and mentoring to college students across the country seeking careers in the apparel industry.
